Indian Film & Theater Artist Organization (IFTAO) is one of India’s fastest-growing, artist-focused non-profit organizations, established on 15 August 2025 in New Delhi. The organization is built on one powerful belief — “Talent does not belong to cities, it belongs to dreams.”
IFTAO is a collective platform created by senior film directors, theater professionals, performers, and mentors from the Indian entertainment industry. We exist to protect, promote, and professionally guide artists from villages, towns, and emerging cities across India.
From acting and filmmaking to music, dance, and production support, IFTAO ensures that every artist receives dignity, direction, and opportunity.
We organize structured training programs, acting workshops, film seminars, artist festivals, and competitive platforms that allow talent to meet the real film and television industry.
As a combined artist organization, casting platform, and production support body, IFTAO connects trained artists directly with filmmakers, production houses, and government projects.
To build a powerful, ethical, and inclusive Indian film and theater ecosystem where every artist is judged only by talent and discipline.
To ensure artists from small towns never feel forced to struggle without guidance in metro cities.
• Identify hidden talent from rural and semi-urban India.
• Provide professional training, mentorship, and exposure.
• Create employment through cinema, theatre, and media.
• Support artists with recognition, safety, and opportunities.
Since its formation, IFTAO has connected 1500+ artists with structured platforms, national-level events, and professional directories. Through initiatives like WOOOGEE – WOOOGEE Mahotsav and the Super Film & Theater Artist Directory, the organization has become a trusted bridge between talent and industry.
